How do I reserve a bed or residence in Mission Hills Scholar’s Park?
To reserve a unit in Mission Hills, go to the Leasing section and fill out online or download your application and sponsor guarantee forms. Once completed, submit the forms, or bring them to our Leasing Office. A completed application and deposit are required to reserve your residence.
How long is the lease agreement?
Leases are annual agreements and paid in 12 equal installments.
How many bedrooms are in the student residences?
Each Community in the Mission Hill’s Scholar’s Park offer a selection of custom floor plans with 3, 4, and 6 bedroom designs.
How many bathrooms are in the student residences?
The Number of bathrooms varies with each floor plan. Each bedroom generally has its own bathroom. Some residences also offer an extra half bath.
When will the community be completed and ready for occupancy?
Bellagio Villas in Mission Hills Scholar’s Park is already under construction with 2 new custom homes available in October 2011. Other residences in Bellagio Villas and The Gardens will be available for the 2012 spring semester. Pre-leasing for Spring 2012 move-in will begin on July 1, 2011.
How far is it from Mission Hill’s Scholar’s Park to NMSU’s main campus on University Ave?
Located off Sonoma Ranch Blvd, 4.6-miles from campus. FREE shuttle transportation to and from campus is also included.
Do residences in Mission Hill’s Scholar’s Park come furnished with appliances?
Yes. Each Retreat cottage comes furnished with every standard appliance: refrigerator with ice-maker, dishwasher, range/oven, microwave, and a full size washer and dryer.
Do residences Mission Hills Scholar’s Park come with furniture?
Mission Hills offers a furnished option that includes complete high-quality living room and bedroom furniture with queen size beds (and mattresses).
How many parking spaces are provided?
Parking is not reserved, but there is approximately one parking space for each bedroom plus one guest space per residence.
Are the residences equipped with high speed internet lines?
Yes, the residences are wired for high-speed internet, cable, Telephone, and Security
What type of on-site security does Mission Hills Scholar’s Park provide?
Mission Hill’s provides video-recorded surveillance and on-site community management. In addition, the residences are wired for alarm systems with additional monitoring service available upon request and at the resident’s cost.
When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of every month and is late after 5pm on the 5th. You can bring your rent check to the clubhouse or pay online using our online Pay Lease option.
What does my rent include?
Your monthly rent includes high speed internet, basic cable, pest control, trash, lawn maintenance, a FREE shuttle to and from Campus, and access to all of Mission Hills’ Scholar’s Park amenities at no additional charge.
